Debbie is the founder of the company along with being the creative and production director. With an artistic eye and over 30 years of design experience, Debbie brings her passion for perfection and ingenious talent to ensure your Milly Monogram experience is one of a kind.
HEAD OF PRODUCT SOURCING AND MARKETING DIRECTOR
Callista is the head of product sourcing, buying, and marketing. Since graduating from the University of Oregon she has combined her love for high-quality linens with previous marketing and retail experience. With an obsession for the highest quality products, Callista sources only the finest styles and products for Milly Monogram. She works closely with other departments within the company, as well as with external suppliers to curate a variety of products to provide you with the most luxurious selections for you and your home.
